IPI Comics is very pleased to announce the acquisition of a 2-part graphic novel series titled Megalania Man, by Ray Kwandamooka. The total story length is over 320 comic pages, broken into two parts with additional material. The graphic above provides interested readers with a glimpse of the quality of production.

Battle of the gods.

Gooriala the pan-dimensional rainbow serpent defeats Narahdarn the vile God of the underworld. This titanic victory comes at a cost, a shattered tooth, now lost to the realm of men.

Fragments of Gooriala’s tooth are found and used by an evil shamanic sorcerer to slowly heal the injured god of the underworld. He creates a vampiric horde to assist him in his quest for immortality and world domination.

After Millenia of struggle the horde is finally defeated by a confederacy of native tribes led by a great warrior. In the time of colonial expansion a warlock English lord rediscovers and awakens the vampires for his own malevolent pursuits.

Mankind’s only hope lies in the resurrection of a dragon. A dragon within a warrior. A warrior whose transformation will breathe a fire into a people humbled. A people downtrodden. A people trapped in a valley of vampires where evil sorcerers and native shamans wage an unremitting battle in a quest to reassemble the fractured divine fang of the god serpent himself and the terrifying power it holds.

Into the middle of all this, a family torn apart must reunite and fight for their survival, all the while being pursued by the cursed vampire warlock and his horde of blood draining minions.

The family unknowingly holds the key to the world’s salvation.

Ray Kwandamooka is a 60-year-old first nations Australian (Wynnum Mob). Happily Married 38 years, father of four. Non-smoker, non-drinker, vegetarian. Self employed sole operator tradesman for over 35 years. Once scored 147 in backyard Cricket. His only vice – habitual daydreamer and perpetual know-it-all.

Megalania Man will be first available through two crowdfunding campaigns, offering special material that will not be available when it is later globally released through normal book and comic store distribution networks. The first kickstarter campaign will be launched in 2026 (date to be determined), and the second early 2027. Book and comic store releases will occur in 2027.
